£55,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped Commission

A well-established international freight forwarder with multiple global offices is looking to hire a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building long-term client relationships. The business offers strong operational support, full expense coverage, and a genuinely attractive commission structure with ongoing earnings on every client you win.
If you have a background in air freight, sea freight, or road freight, and are confident selling multimodal solutions, this role offers significant earning potential and long-term career progression.
What You'll Be Doing

Winning new freight forwarding business across air, sea, or road freight

Selling multimodal logistics solutions to importers, exporters, and supply chain clients
*
Developing long-term commercial relationships with customers
*
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
*
Building and managing your own sales pipeline
*
Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We're Looking For

Proven business development experience in freight forwarding
*
Knowledge of air, sea, or road freight (multimodal experience advantageous)
*
A strong track record of winning new business
*
Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
*
Self-motivated and capable of managing your own client portfolio
*
Strong communication and relationship-building ability

£55,000 - £65,000 basic salary
